Parmesan Chicken & Pasta

Boil noodles of your choice, we like bow-tie pasta. While that boils, cut your chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Coat each piece in grated pamesan cheese and flour. Cook in a shallow skillet of olive oil until cooked through. When noodles are cooked, poor a jar of your favorite spaggetti sauce over the noodels. Spoon noodles in the boil, top with chicken and sprinkle with paresan cheese. Quick and Easy!

  1. I have not had any pasta since dieting in 3 months and this photo is making me want to make this recipe right now. Nothing like a good bowl of pasta with chicken:) It looks wonderful!
